I am look for a piece of land to lease for hunting. I would like to lease this land year round for recreational use.
Saw your add in Craig’s list. I am a cash buyer looking for a hunter/rancher kinda place in the Sopchoppy area. Water frontage is not a necessity, but a multi-use place with high ground and fencing would be an attractor to me. Acreage of 5-100 acres would interest me.

Have 60 wooded acres in Hyde Co NC (Picosin Farms just off the ICW frontage small canal) Great big black bear (check the state site!) and plenty of deer. surrounded by farms. ICW and state preserves. Looking to trade for no Fla/GA/Alab deer turkey prop of sim size or larger, have cash to get larger piece.
